Methodia and Enloc have successfully developed and launched a Customer Self-Service Portal for utilities. With this solution, German utility suppliers can provide their clients access to a comprehensive platform where they can log in to their profiles, view bills, contracts, and consumption, submit meter readings, and send inquiries to the supplier. This portal, already integrated with a billing system, represents a significant advancement for the German market, offering an unprecedented level of convenience and efficiency in utility management.
